I always say that I am just one diet book away from goal weight, so this blog is going to be all the books, articles and any other ideas I come across over the next year or so about dieting and fitness. Some will be helpful, some less so. Some will be specific programs, others just motivational bits I stumble across. I have about 50 pounds that I would like to lose, so hopefully this will help usĀ all.
